Hamburger
and Macaroni Casserole
1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
1 pound elbow pasta, cooked
1 small bottle of ketchup
1 ketchup bottle of water
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can corn
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper chopped
salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, heat a bit of oil to saute
the veggies. Start with the ground meat, oinions and green
pepper. Meat should be brown. Add the drained macaroni and
remaining ingredients. Mix until heated, then transfer to
casserole dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 325
degrees.
