Hawaiian Chicken Salad
4 cups cooked chopped chicken 1 can (15 ounce) pineapple tidbits, drained 1 can (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, drained 1 jar (2 ounce) diced pimento, drained 1/4 cup chopped celery 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon grated onion 1/2 cup unsalted cashews 1/2 cup peach yogurt (low fat or non fat) 1/2 cup mayonaise (low fat or non fat)
Combine all ingredients, excepts yogurt and mayonaise. Mix yogurt and mayonaise together. Add to salad mixture. Chill several hours before serving.
