Hot Chicken Salad
2 cups cooked chicken,
diced
2 cups celery, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup toasted almonds
3 tablespoons grated onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed potato chips
Mix all ingedients except
potato chips. Pour into 2 quart greased baking dish. Sprinkle
potato chips on top. Bake at 450° for 10
minutes.
