Hot Taco Dip

1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 jar taco sauce
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
1 can refired beans
chopped onion
chopped tomatoes
sour cream

Brown the ground beef. Add the taco mix and follow the directions on the envelope.

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, spread the beans along the bottom and up the sides. Add 1/3 of the cheddar cheese. Spread meat on top of beans and cheese. Add 1/3 of the cheese on top of the meat. Add the taco sauce and the remaining 1/3 cheese. Sprinkle chopped onion on top. Bake ad 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool just a bit and add sour cream and chopped tomatoes. Add chopped olives and chipped jalapeno peppers to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
