Ice Cream Jello Mold
1 small package jello (any
1 can (12 or 13 ounce) condensed milk (chilled well)
1 1/2 cups boiling water
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
Pour jello into boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Stir in
sugar and lemon juice. Let mixture cool in refrigerator. When
jello is cool to touch, whip canned milk until firm, then pour
into jello and mix well. Pour into mold or individual serving
bowls. Chill well.
You can add fruit to this at
the very end. Make sure to drain the fruit well so there is no
extra liquid in the jello.
