Italian Meat Loaf
1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 cup bread crumbs 1 package spaghetti sauce mix 1 - 8 ouncecan tomato sauce 2 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Place bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce mix and 3/4 cup of the tomato sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir lightly. Add beaten eggs, meat and seasoned salt. Mix lightly with fork. Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan. Brush with remaining tomato sauce. Bake at 350° for an hour. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
