Korean Barbecue
(Bul Gogi)

3 pounds beef short ribs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup sugar
3 green onions, minced
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients except the beef. Pour into plastic bag and then add meat. Marinate overnight, turning a few times to coat all side. Grill until done.
