Korean Style Beef Cubes
1 1/2 pounds sirloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons sliced fresh ginger 4 cloves sliced garlic 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar 3 green onions, tops only, sliced 4 small hot red chilies, seeded and crushed 2 tablespoons salad oil 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds, toasted 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
Marinade Combine the 1/4 cup soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, onions and chilies. About 30 minutes before serving time, stir beef cubes into the marinade.
Meat Heat salad oil in frying pan. Add the drained meat and cook, stirring to brown on all sides. Sprinkle with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
