Korean Flank Steak
1 flank steak, cut into serving portions 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup soy sauce 3 stalks green onions, finely sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 egg flour
Marinate steak in soy sauce, sugar and garlic for one hour in refrigerator. Beat egg, and mix with green onions. Coat steak in flour then dip into egg and green onion mixture. Fry steak in hot oil until done.
