Lemon Potato Wedges
3 medium baking potatoes 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 butter or margarine, melted 1/2 teaspoon dill weed 3 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt sour cream
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, combine dill weed, lemon juice and butter or margarine. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then each half into 4 long wedges. Place wedges on baking sheet. Brush will dill mixture. Sprinkle cheese and garlic salt over wedges. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender. Serve with sour cream.
