Lipton Noodles and Garlic Shrimp

1 package Lipton Butter and Herb noodles
1 pound raw, medium shrimp
4 tablespoons butter, divided
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 can artichoke hearts drained and halved
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
pepper to taste

In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add onion and cook until tender. Add the water and bring to a boil. Stir in noodles and sauce. Cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Noodles should be tender.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter and olive oil. Cook garlic for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and artichokes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Shrimp should turn pink. Add in parsley and pepper. Combine shrimp and noodles and serve hot.
