"Made Right" Sandwiches
5 pounds ground chuck 1 teaspoon Accent 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 3 teaspoon Prepared mustard 3 teaspoon Horseradish 1/2 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon Texas Pete hot sauce Provolone cheese slices Hamburger buns
Brown ground chuck and onion. Add accent salt and pepper. Use wooden spoon to stir. In a small bowl, mix mustard, horseradish, ketchup and hot sauce. Heat on medium for 25 minutes, then on low for 30 minutes (or transfer to slow cooker).
Toast buns with Provolone cheese and spoon meat mixture on top.
