Mandarin Orange Cake

1 box Duncan Hines butter golden cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 - 11 ounce can mandarin oranges (do not drain)

Mix together the above ingredients with electric mixer. Pour into cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Icing:

1 small package vanilla pudding
8 ounce container of Cool Whip
1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Mix ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
