Marinated Flank Steak

2-3 pounds flank steak
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped onion (red or white)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Combine everything except the steak in a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Pour the marinade in a baggie. Add steak making sure both sides get equally coated. Refrigerate overnight. Broil to your liking.
