Marinated Mushrooms
1 pound medium sized mushrooms
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2/3 cup salad oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Rinse mushrooms. Dry and slice about 1/4"
thick. In a container, mix the remaining ingredients and shake
well. Pour over sliced mushrooms and mix. Cover and refrigerate
at least 4 hours. Stir a few times while in the
refrigerator.
