Matzah
Stuffing
5 matzah sheets, crushed
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup raisins
dash of cinnamon
In a bowl, mix together the chicken
broth, sugar, oil, lemon peel, salt and cinnamon. Stir in the
matzah and raisins and allow to stand for 15 minutes before
stuffing into turkey.
