Mexican Lasagna Casserole

1 1/2 pounds hamburger meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can, chopped black olives
1 package taco seasoning mix (mild or spicy to taste)
3 small cans tomato sauce
1/2 pint cottage cheese, small curd
1/2 pint sour cream
1 package tortilla chips
grated Monterey Jack cheese

Brown meat. Add onion, olives, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. In a bowl combine the cottage cheese and sour cream; set aside. Crush the tortilla chips to form a crust. Pat on bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with meat mixture. Spoon cottage cheese mixture over the meat. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Repeat layers one time. Cook at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
