Mom's Hamburger Roll

1 lb hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
4-6 Tbsp flour
double recipe biscuit dough

Brown hamburger with vegetables.  Add flour to soak up grease, adding oil if needed.  Roll half the dough to a 1/2' thick rectangle, spread cooled hamburger over, roll up.  Place full roll on cookie sheet.  Roll out remaining dough, cut for biscuits, place around roll.  Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.  Serve with white gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans.
