3 cups white bread flour 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1 teaspoon grated orange peel 1 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons butter
Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select sweet bread cycle and light crust; start machine.
Makes one (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
