Orange Flavored Halibut

2 pounds of halibut
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
oil for cooking

Thaw fish. Cook onion and garlic in about 2 tablespoons of oil, until tender but not brown. Add in parsley, salt and pepper. Turn heat off. In a baking pan, lay fish out, in a single layer. Spread garlic mixture over fish. In a bowl, combine orange juice and lemon juice. Pour over fish. Bake in a 400° oven for 25 minutes or until halibut flakes with a fork. Garnish with orange slices.
