Oven Baked Orange Chicken

2-3 pounds of chicken
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup  frozen orange juice concentrate
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine the egg, orange juice concentrate, and soy sauce. Miix well. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, salt and paprika. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Dip chicken pieces in the orange-soy mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place chicken skin side up in baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 375°. Do not turn chicken.
