Oven Parmesan Potatoes
4 medium potatoes (do not
peel)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespooons grated parmesan cheese
dash of paprika
Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch
slices and place on a greased baking sheet. Do not stack. Mix
remainder of ingredients, except the parmesan
cheese in small bowl.
Brush all sides of the potato
with the liquid mixture. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until
potatoes are tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with parmesan
cheese and serve.
