2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons potato flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup cake meal
Mix all ingredients together. Let stand
about 90 minutes. Roll dough into small balls and place on
cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with fork. Bake at 350 degree for
20 minutes.
