Rolls
2 cups matzah meal
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Combine the matzvah meal, salt and sugar.
Bring oil and water to a boil. Add the matzah meal mixture.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Let mixture stand 15
minutes.
Add a drop of oil to your hands and shape
the dough into rolls. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at
400 degrees for 50 to 60 or until golden
brown.
