Poppy Seed Chicken

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1- 8 ounce package of cream cheese
4-5 boneless chicken breasts 

Topping
2 rolls of Ritz crackers (crushed)
2 sticks of butter or margarine (melted)
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Mix first 3 ingredients together in a large bowl.  Cook chicken, shred and place in bottom of casserole dish.  Mix Cream of chicken soup, poppy seeds and cream cheese well and pour soup mixture over chicken.  Place crushed crackers on top of soup mixture and pour butter over crackers then scatter poppy seeds on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
