Potato Soup
6 potatoes, cubed 2 carrots, sliced 2 celery stalks, chopped 2 onions, diced 1 tablespoon parsley 5 cups of water Salt and Pepper to taste 4 chicken bouillion cubes 13 ounce can evaporated milk 1/3 cup butter or margarine
Combine all ingredients except milk and butter. Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes, covered. Add milk and margarine and simmer for 30 more minutes on low.
