Pumpkin Dessert

1 can - 15 ounce canned pumpkin
1 can - 12 ounce evaporated milk
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 package yellow cake mix
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
3/4 cup melted butter

Combine the first eight ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with butter.
Top with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Serve with vanilla ice cream or cool whip.
