Quick and Easy Chicken Pie
2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken or turkey 2 cups chicken gravy 2 cups mashed potatoes 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced celery 1 - 16 ounce can or yellow corn with liquid 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a frying pan, heat the oil and saute chicken, celery and onion until light brown. Add gravy, corn and corn liquid and mix well.
Press potatoes into a well greased 3 quart casserole dish. Cover with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
