Quick Crab Quiche
1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell 1 - 7 ounce cab of crab meat, drained and flaked 8 ounces swiss cheese, chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup sliced scallions 2 tablespoons flour 1/4 teaspoon thyme
Mix together the mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in the crab meat, cheese, scallions and thyme. Pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 or 45 minutes. Mixture should be set.
