Ramen Slaw
Salad
1 large package of coleslaw
2 packages of Ramen noodles (do not cook)
4 scallions, chopped
1/3 cup toasted almonds
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Dressing
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons sugar
dash of ginger
Mix the dressing ingredients together. In
a bowl mix the salad ingredients together. Pour on the
dressing. Allow to chill so dressing will mix in.
