  • 1 1/2 pounds hamburger meat
  • 10 ounce package medium wide noodles
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (less to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (less to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Sour Cream and Beef Casserole
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles, according to package directions and drain.
  2. Brown meat in oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, tomator sauce and onion. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese and noodles. Mix well.
  4. Alternating layers, place meat sauce and noodles in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
