Ingredients
  • 1 - 3 ounce can chow mein noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large can of tuna
  • 1/4 pound cashew nuts
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 pound cashew nuts
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • salt and pepper to taste
Tuna and Cashew Casserole
Instructions
  1. Combine 1/2 of the noodles with the remaining ingredients, except oranges.
  2. Mix well and place in 2 quart casserole dish. Top with reserved noodles.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Garnish with mandarin oranges, after cooking.
