Rice and
Vegetable Casserole
3 cups fluffy cooked rice
1 - 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook and drain broccoli. Mix rice and
broccoli together. In a seperate bowl, mix together the egg,
onion, worcestershire sauce, salt and milk. Pour liquid into
the rice mixture and mix. Pour into casserole dish. Top with
melted butter and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake
at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
