Seafood Casserole
1 cup small shrimp
1 cup crab meat, flaked
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup butter
1/4 grated onion
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix the crab and shrimp
together in a bowl. Add the bell peppers and celery. Next add
the mayonnaise, onion, egge, worcestershire sauce, salt and
pepper. Be careful when mixing to not break the shrimp. Place
mixture in 2 quart baking dish.
Melt butter in small skillet.
Add the bread crumbs and mix until combined. Sprinkle over top
of casserole. Top with almonds. Bake, uncoveret at 350 degrees
for 40 minutes.
