Shrimp Creole
1 pound shrimp 3 tablespoons oil 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped 3 tablespoons onion, chopped 1 - 17 ounce can tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon vinegar 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1 - 8 ounce tomato sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Saute onion and green pepper in oil, until soft. Add tomatoes and sauce, simmer for 30 minutes. Add seasonings and shrimp. Serve over hot rice.
