Shrimp Fettucine
1/2 pound cooked shrimp,
shelled and deveined
1 1/2 cups prepared ranch salad dressing (you can use either
bottled or dressing made from the powdered mix)
1/2 pound fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
and drained
1/2 cup cooked peas
1/4 cup sour cream (try light sour cream)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
In a bowl, combine the salad dressing, sour cream and parmesan
cheese. Add pasta, shrimp and peas and mix. Add additional
paremsan cheese to taste.
