Sloppy Joe Tarts
1 package refrigerated
already done pie crust (room temperature)
1/2 pound ground beef/ground turkey
1 cup prepared sloppy joe sauce (any brand)
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
2 teaspoons flour
Unfold pie crust and lay out
flat. Sprinkle flour over the crusts. Using a biscuit cutter,
cut out 2 inch round circles to form tart crusts. Put one
circle into each mini muffin tin slot. Prick with fork. Bake
for 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees.
While these are baking, brown
ground beef and bell peppers in a frying pan. Drain and add
sloppy joe sauce. Heat through.
Spoon mixture into tarts.
Serve immediately.
