Sour Cream Crusty Chicken

Chicken Breasts (or thighs if you prefer dark meat)
1 cup sour cream
1 small package of onion soup mix
1 cup crushed cheese flavored crackers (I use Ritz)

Mix onion soup and crackers together. Spread sour cream over chicken. Roll chicken in cracker mixture. Coat on all sides. Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.
