Sour Cream and Fruit Pie
Filling:
1 pint sour cream
1 large can fruit cocktail (drained)
1/2 cup sugar
Crust:
1 package of graham crackers (box contains 3 pkgs) crumbled
1 stick of softened butter
2 tablespsoons sugar
Combine sour cream, drained fruit cocktail and 1/2 cup sugar in
bowl until well combined - set aside.
In separate bowl combine crumbled graham crackers (using a
rolling pin in a zip lock bag works well), stick of softened
butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar until well combined.
Grease a 9 inch round or square glass baking dish (dish should
have 2 inch depth). Place graham cracker mixture on bottom and
sides of dish to form a crust. Pour sour cream mixture into
dish over crust. Bake at 350 Degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool
in oven. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more and serve.
