Sour Cream
Pecan Coffee Cake
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
2 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Cream together the butter and sugar until
creamy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. In a seperate bowl,
mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Pour
into the egg mixture and add the sour cream and
vanilla.
Put half of the batter into a bundt pan.
Combine the pecans, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle half of the
mixture onto the batter. Place the remaining batter on top,
then the remaining nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 55
minutes or until done.
