6 ounces of spaghetti, cooked and
2 large eggs, beaten
/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Very lightly
grease a 10 inch pie tin. In a bowl, toss the spaghetti with
In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs
and 1/2 cup of the parmesan. Stir into spaghetti.
Put this mixture into the pie tin,
forming a crust. Spread the ricotta cheese over this "crust".
Pour the spaghetti sauce over the top. Bake uncovered about 25
minutes. Spread on mozzaraella and remaining parmesan. Bake 5
minutes longer. Allow to cool 10 minutes and then cut into pie
