Spinach
Balls
1 package frozen spinach, cooked and
drained
1 cup prepared stuffing mix
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon thyme
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add
onions and heat until softened. Allow to cool. Mix all
ingredients in a bowl. Chill until the mixture is stiff. Shape
into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees
for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
