Spinach Casserole

3 packages of frozen spinach, cooked according to package directions
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese (try cheddar or swiss for different flavors)
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt

Beat eggs. Add milk and salt. Mix. Stir in cooled spinach, bread crumbs and half of the cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. (I like to melt butter in the casserole dish). Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
