Spinach Cheese
Kugel
2 cup cottage cheese
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 - 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
6 tablespoons matzah meal
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl mix together everything
except the eggs. Beat the eggs in a seperate bowl and then pour
into the cottage cheese mixture. Mix well, then pour into a
casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Top
should be golden brown.
