Spinach Souffle

3 - 10 ounce packages of frozen spinach
1 2/ cup bread crumbs
6 tablespoons butter or margaine
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 medium sized onions, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups milk
6 eggs, seperated
salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach, according to package directions. Combine spinach, bread crumbs, butter, flour, onion and milk in a mixing bowl. Beat egg whites on high speed until stiff. Gently fols whites into spinach mixture. Add a few of the egg yolks and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 9x11 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
