Steak and Mushrooms
1 pound beef round steak, cut one inch thick 1 extra large onion, sliced 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, leave whole 1 - 12 ounce jar of beef gravy 1/4 cup apple juice
Cut meat into 4 portions. Place the onions on the bottom, then the meat, then the mushrooms and then the liquids. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
