Teriyaki Chicken

6-8 piece of chicken (6 breasts or 8 thighs)
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
2 gloves of garlic, minced

Put chicken pieces in bottom of crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on slow 8-9 hours.

You can use a bottle of store bought teriyaki marinade in place of the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. You can also add pineapple chunks the last hour of cooking.
