Tortellini Salad

1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 - 7 ounce box tortellini
1 cup julienne-cut ham
1 cup julienne-cut red bell pepper
1 - 2 ounce can pitted sliced ripe olives, drained

Cook tortellini according to package directions. In a medium bowl, whisk together tomato sauce, oil, vinegar and all spices. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. In a large bowl cobmine tortellin, ham, bell pepper, olives and onion. Mix dressing and pour over tortellini.
