Tuna and Cashew Casserole

1 - 3 ounce can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large can of tuna
1/4 pound cashew nuts
1 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 can mandarin oranges
salt and pepper to taste

Combine 1/2 of the noodles with the remaining ingredients, except oranges. Mix well and place in 2 quart casserole dish. Top with reserved noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Garnish with mandarin oranges, after cooking.
