Tuna Puffs

1 cup water
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 can white meat tuna, packed in water
1/2 cup butter or margaine
1 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add the flour and seasonings into the water and butter mixture and stir until the dough leaves the side of the pan. Remove from stove and put into a mixing bowl. Beat each egg, one at a time and add to the mixture in the bowl. After all 4 eggs are added, flake the tuna and add. On a baking sheet put teaspoon size balls. Bake at 400, until balls puff and begin to turn brown, about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Note: I have also seen recipes calling for very finely chopped celery and onions in place of the onion powder and celery powder. If you choose this option, use 2 tablespoons of onions and 1/3 cup of celery.
